Springs are custom orders – compression springs, extension springs or torsion springs. Wire sizes are from .032 wire size to 1.5” diameter. Total Valve System carries many different grades of material used in the manufacturing process. All orders adhere to ASTM standards.
To count coils, place cutoff coil in the center of the spring. Count starting from the first coil as illustrated to the top. From your stopping point at the top full circle coil, count in tenths around to the end of that coil.
