Actuation Control Valves

The valve control selection and specification process is as complex as selecting the correct type of valve for the service and process design. We leverage our service expertise to aid in the selection of the proper actuator so you get the reliability and product performance required to meet the upfront specifications and the long-term operating costs. The brands and types of actuators are numerous and it is important to understand the various trade-offs in reliability, deliveries, qualities and costs. If you are engaged in an upgrade, replacement or a new project the factors of reliability, delivery, quality and costs are essential. We work directly with the OEM providers of the various components and your engineering/purchasing teams to meet the project schedules and specifications.

All of the actuator and control valves shipped from facilities are cycled in the flow lab and in our various valve testing areas to make the product conform to the various API and other critical specifications.

We offer 2 options:

• New Prices – We purchase most of our products directly from the manufactures in the industry versus manufacturing distributors to lower your cost and improve lead times. Our engineers and customer service teams will give the pros and cons of the various branded options to meet your specifications.
• OEM Modifications/Repair Prices-- Our service team has more experience and training than the other manufacture type distributors. We service all brands of product and give you an honest solution on part replacement needs. The OEM modifications range from simple open/close stop settings to replacing key components in the actuators such as gears, bearings, and drives. We work directly with the OEM providers and your engineering teams to meet the detailed specifications and the project time constraints.
